Meet Kaysha

Kaysha completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training while quarantined during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has since traveled extensively to practice Rocket and Ashtanga yoga and study handbalancing with teachers like Miles Mortensen, Diego Gomez, Daiana Amadeo, Mariana Cisneros Solbes, David Kyle, and Saraswathi Jois. As her practice progressed, Kaysha realized the importance of implementing supplemental strength training and became interested in calisthenics and weight training. She completed her personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in early 2026.
