Kaysha’s love of movement comes from years of exploring various modalities, including dance, yoga, calisthenics, and strength training. With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, Kaysha began practicing Rocket yoga and exploring handbalancing in early 2020. She quickly fell in love with exploring the body’s capacities through consistent effort, focus, and discipline.

Now, Kaysha specializes in helping clients find joy, agency, and self-confidence through movement while prioritizing accessibility and sustainability for a life-long practice. She designs strength-training programs that complement and support existing movement practices. She also helps practitioners of all levels implement skill-based training, such as handbalancing, flexibility, and calisthenics, into their routines. More than just a training program, the Hand-Pressed Movement Project offers support, accountability, and a container to lean into curiosity and play while exploring different movement modalities.
